Do you offer Treatment Packages?
Yes. I can help you select services for the perfect experience, and can customize a package of treatments to accommodate your needs.

​What if I have special health considerations?
It is important to notify me of any medical conditions prior to your service so that your treatment is the best possible experience for you. These may include if you are experiencing Covid symptoms, high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
I understand life can get hectic but please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting me at 434 989 4736 or emailing katherine@simplyskincville.com. I reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of your appointment if you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
​What is your policy regarding Botox, medical laser, micro-needling, etc. and how long I should wait to get a facial?
If you've had any kind of peel, medical laser, micro-needling, or any other kind of treatment that has altered the protective barrier of your skin, please wait at least 4-6 weeks to book an appointment with me. I can not perform a facial on compromised post-peel skin without risking a reaction. I'll have to send you home and charge for your appointment if you arrive with compromised skin. As for Botox and filler, please wait 2 weeks to book a facial as I do not want to risk moving it around before it's settled. I can not be responsible for altering your Botox or filler should you come in before it's had time to take.
